The people at Bobs towing are so rude. The lack of people skills is sad and disappointing. Specially the lady that answer the phone. Its sad having a business that you have to work with people but dont know a thing About customer service . I would never recommend Bobs towing or anayas towning to anyone ever . These two places are partners. If I could give a zero star I would they dont even deserve that.

Wow!!!! Traveled all over and never had service this bad! Waited over 4 hours with no call or no show. I called them five times to hear different excuses. Thankfully we were not outside abandoned or this company would have left us for dead!!!

it is the worst towing company in new mexico be careful with this guy's they are really mean unprofessional not helpful the worst people in this industry again be careful
