Rude... Apparently my phone was cutting out when I called and the girl who answered the phone immediately shouted at me "I can't understand you... yeah, your phone is ALLL jacked up." I said I would call back and she hung up. I automatically thought, umm... nevermind, I'll go somewhere else. She really could have responded more pleasantly (and professionally).

Very good pricing and excellent service. I recommend Bob's Metals to anyone recycling metal.
