The 24 hour deal not true, I called at 6 pm and they told me call back tomorrow.No good customer service either, no coomon curtesy either after telling me to call back next day they hang up on me, not to mention they didn't even answear when I said hello, all I hear call back tomorro and it was end of the conversation, sounded very unprofessional, and when I called it sounded as if they where home not a real business, I WOULDN'T TRUST MY BIKE HERE. In a GOOD QUALITY job, customer service, professionalism, common curtesy, are signs that you can trust all is part of a package if something is missing then it's not good quality not worth my money.

I took my broken down lawn mower that i broke by accident! And they fixed it the way i wanted it to be fixed, and on top of that he also told me that they did a little tune up on it! COOL huh....A++++ in my book. They also have a many little things a real man would like.
