Rip off! They don't sell what they promise!

I bought a beautiful certified 2012 Honda odyssey ex-l which cost me approximately 30k... The certification cost me 1735 plus whatever they marked the car up to. I've worked in the auto industry for 5 years... The certification was pencil whipped, brake specs we the same which is impossible. Front pads were at 12mm and I don't know of any Honda pads starting at 12mm. My windshield was cracked , which 4 visits later was replaced and half the cost to me(gee thanks!) the front bumper is damaged, the right side had two rust spots and a dent in the rr wheel well. They "airbrushed" it for $80 which was refunded because it looked so horrible. I was then handed a tube of touch up paint.... My center second row seat has a rip in the leather, and I was never given a valet key which is part of buying a certified car.... Sooo a certified car is a used car that looks and feels new. This is NOT what I received even though it is what I was promised! I've contacted the dealership several times over 6 months and was charged every time! I even had to bring it back for warranty work a week after purchase! I had to bring it back a month later to have that work redone. Absolutely ridiculous! I contacted corporate honda and They contacted the dealership. Since the only thing that was offered was to give me a valet key and to look at my seat! I sent them several customers who would leave my shop looking for a car, my sister even bought her last car from them! What a joke! 0 stars is more accurate of a rating!
