Bad things come in three's... by Dierdre D. - 06/25/2009It appears that the "bad things come in three's" belief is true. I called Bob Oates for a simple toilet unplug, they came out that day and fixed it right away. Don, the plumber who did the work is a real pro. Knows his stuff and works quickly and efficiently. Good thing too as I had to call a few days later about a stopped up kitchen sink in my own home. That little problem ended up requiring digging up and replacing corroded pipe outside. Again, Don came, tested the problem and assessed what needed to be done. He came back in a couple of days (my request) and did the hard work to fix the pipe. It was not an expense I expected but I think it could have been a lot more if it weren't for Don's knowledge of exactly what to do and how to do it and the fact that there was no time wasted in getting the pipe fixed. Also, luckily, the broken pipe was not under my paved patio - but just barely!! The work required hard digging in the dirt & mud (of course it rained that day) but the cr
Bob to the Rescue by Colleen - 06/24/2009I had unfortunate luck with my plumbing and I called Bob Oates. The technician that came to my home was super! He saved the day...On time, courteous and most of all experienced. The problem was solved within an hour and I was on my way. Definitely recommend these guys for the job.
Job well done! by K. Johnson - 06/04/2009We had Bob Oates Sewer out to our house for a late nite emergency call. We had a flooded basement with sewage everywhere. They showed up on time, were very professional and solved our problem quickly. They put a camera down our sewer at no charge and found tree roots in our sewer. Instead of telling us it needed to be dug up, they told us that cleaning it once a year would solve our problem. We could not be happier with them, especially with past experiences from other companies. Even on overtime, their prices were less than the big companies. They have earned a customer for life!!

Stink by stevie c - 09/17/2008These guys are terrible. They claim to have been in business a long time, but they shouldn't be. I used them to repair my sewer line and they dug up my yard and ruined my entire landscape! Then when I called them back about it to complain, they have some dumb New York moron answering the phone who told me to "pound sand!" Don't ever use these people
