What terrible businessman! I have used this company before with no issues believe in supporting the small guy and figured past history would repeat it's self! NOT!! Nope Not This Time! Not sure what changed...called last week for 5 yards was told I would have to wait until Mon (would have loved to have it over weekend but I WAITED!) I gave a courtesy call at 7:44am asking what time he would be here so I would be also. Told with loading and all about 9 to 930 no problem go do my errands! Get a call at 8:33am he is there and first words out of his mouth were I CAN NOT WAIT! WHAT?? I waited for you gave you a courtesy call even and you can not wait for me!! WILL NEVER CALL THIS PLACE AGAIN! WHAT A TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! Lots of other Mulch companies out there! Better take a customer service class!
