Highly impressed at the workmanship we saw when we gave BNL home improvements a repair job on our front bow window. Brian came out, and looked around, said he saw where he thought the problem was coming from. He fixed it on the spot and told us no charge. We were a bit worried when he said he didn't want any payment for the work. Although, he was here for a very short time, we did talk about a couple of projects we were considering doing in the next year. Funny thing was the window hasn't leaked since he adjusted something on it. But we did have some stains on the wood from prior damage. We connected with Brian again and show us what he thought might be a good replacement unit. I had never heard of the brand of window but it looked really nice in the booklet he gave us. We opted to go with his recommended company, not a cheap window by any means, actually a lot more than we wanted to spend. This is the best investment we've made in our home thus far. I cannot express how amazing the new bow window looks. It's perfect inside and out. The Trimwork is beautiful and the inside bottom part has a corian surface. I have never even given a thought to how nice a window could dress up our home. We are now setting money aside so we can replace all the other windows in the home this year. Our bedroom is one of the colder rooms in our home so we definately are going to be able to feel a difference in the colder months. I'm curious as to what the energy bill will look like next year. We will compare the bills later, but judging by the tightness of the bow window we bought, I'm sure the drafts will disappear and the heat won't run so much.I hope that whomever is looking for windows, gets a chance to meet up with Brian. Genuine honest guy, good talker, friendly, and informative and great craftsmanship. I didn't feel any pressure from him and actually seemed like he felt super confident in his product so just kind of left it out there for us to decide. Glad we chose him. He is now our contractor for life. Brian, keep up the great work. You are one of a kind.

I contacted BNL after hurricane Sandy. We had roof damage and damage to siding on 2 sides of our home. We placed a lot of calls out for immediate help. Spoke to Brian at BNL and he stopped by a couple of days after, got on the roof and gave us a couple of estimates to repair and to tear off completely and start anew. We opted for a new roof, and we decided to replace the vinyl siding on the entire home. It is so beautiful, I hardly see it as my home. Brian upgraded my siding to include styrofoam insulation, and his guys put on new gutters and shutters.Great job to Chris and the guys on the quick work. I thank you for not leaving me anything to do but enjoy.We will be replacing our deck and steps next year, BNL you will have our business again. We had a couple of severe thunderstorms with high winds blowing the aluminum trimwork off the home. Call BNL and promptly was seen by Brian. We agreed to the price and work was completed the next day. Great job done quickly. Shortly after, we decided to replace the front door and storm door. We reached out to Brian again with BNL. Very helpful and informative we decided to go with the recommended brand of doors(Provia), and now we have the most beautiful door around. Thank you BNL.
