I'd like to give them zero stars but that is not possible. So I entered this business on June 29th to have a small job done. I live in San Carlos and wanted to do business with a local business. I entered the business to be hit with a strong pungent cigarette odor in the office. I was greeted with a glare from the man behind the counter. The secretary leered at me over the top of her glasses. I needed two parts "turned down" on a lathe. A simple procedure no doubt. These parts were part of a prototype I'm making and I may need a run of 100 or more done in the future. I was told "no" before I could finish explaining what I needed done. When asked, no suggestions were given for local places to do the work and the man swiftly swiveled his chair away from me before I was done talking. A very rude place that does not deserve any ones business. I would NOT recommend this to anybody.
