My dog became very sick all across our very nice white carpet, not only did the men come and clean it out quickly and efficiently, but the next day when the same thing happened again, they came and redid the whole thing with additional odor seals. They are respectful and professional and they understand life happens and are here to work with you for the best possible outcome in your home. Truly impressed and blessed by the services provided.

Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable in his profession, I would recommend this company to everyone. He was quick to schedule me for an appointment and he was on time and very polite. I couldnt have asked for more. He went beyond my expectations, thank you Jose.

I have used Blues Carpet Cleaning on several occasions. They do an AMAZING job on my carpets, are professional, punctual and their prices are great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Blues Carpet Cleaning was amazing! Jose cam and explained the pricing and how to keep my carpet looking brand new. Renter had left stains and the traffic area on stairs was very dingy. What a differencemy carpet looks wonderful, wish I had before and after pictures. Take my word, there great!

DO NOT USE BLUES CARPET CLEANING in Colorado Springs to clean your carpets. Not a professional carpet cleaner by ANY means. Had ONE bedroom cleaned today. He offered to clean the high traffic area of the living room and quoted me $100 because of the "special enzymes for pet odors." So I asked him to please do the hallway also. I figured he charges more because he is better than the rest like his ad says. NOPE!! Of course, being a Saturday afternoon it was too late to get someone else out here today. Oh and "I have to charge you more because I have to use my own water, so that $100 is after the discount." What?!? After a total of 30 minutes for all pretreatment and scrubbing and extracting of all three areas, he leaves. (After dumping his truck tank in the parking lot and washing his hands using my sink, then taking my money.) I discovered that he didn't do the bedroom closet, floor was bone dry! PLUS,A lot of other spots!!!!

Would give 0 stars if we could. The customer service is terrible at best. They hang up the phone on you when you ask about the quote that you were given and don't call back until after the cleaners leave. They don't honor the coupon price...PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

Buyer beware!! They do not honor their coupons or quotes over the phone. We were told $96 for our job and when the guy came out he said it would be $144. Tried to call the company before we had the job done to talk about the price but got hung up on...the guy didn't call back until the job was done. He was rude and not professional at all. We will never use them again.

Followup to previous comment: Employee wasn't sure if the low H20 pressure in my neighborhood would affect my cleaning. I said I'd take a discount but one wasn't offered, even though he knew I'm military. Hmmm

The coupon in the phonebook said $65, but when the serviceman showed up he said it would be $180 for deep enzyme clean and protectant (bait and switch). We'll see how it looks tomorrow. Let the buyer beware.

Want to give this 0 stars if I could! Came home after they "cleaned" my carpet and they didn't look hardly any cleaner. The biggest rip off ever! DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! Told me they would do a refund and never did. UNTRUSTWORTHY SHADY PEOPLE that you do not want to invite into your home! Would not honor their advertisement and argued with me repeatedly about me not seeing hardly any difference in my carpets!

Had them come out to clean all but 1 room of our carpet. Usually takes at least an hour & half just to do the upstairs...they had everything done in that time or less. Had to ask to go back over the bathrooms that I had informed at the start were the worst 2 rooms and they only did 1. Had to call after they left and set up for them to come back out because the other one not done. (both still stink) Carpet/house smelled like wet dog after they were done. (we have had no animals since before the new carpet was put in) I saw them "spraying" the heavy duty cleaner, but not sure they even used soap. I was charged A LOT more than should've been based on the coupons, but was told it was based on sq footage, not rooms. I was and am SOOOOO disappointed with my experience with them and will NOT use again! Over $300- for bubkus.

Very disappointing. The carpet was smelly, dirtier, than before carpet cleaning, and felt stiff to the touch. When I asked for my money back it was denied, and offered to come out again. I told him that if his website says "satisfaction guaranteed" and "You have tried the rest, now try the best," I expect him to do it right the first time and not the worst job I have seen. Because it was the worst, I do not trust him to come back. He called me "evil", and claimed to have the best customer service around in the same conversation. I told him that I was not yelling or cussing but merely staiting my difference of opinion in a professional way. After calling me evil, he lost any chance of being trusted in my home. I told him that I will report him to BBB and post of facebook not to go to him since he was not living up to the standard he claimed on his website.

We have a rental home in the country and carpets and air ducts were in sorry shape after the last renters. Jose with Blues came and did a terrific job on both carpets and ducts. Very prompt, called when he was on his way, and was very efficient with his work. Reasonably priced as well. I will use them again. Thank you Jose! Anna

Will NEVER call them again and will tell others not to as well! They were very rude to us, we had called and got a quote before hand and when they showed up they told us it would be $300 more then what they had said on the phone. The guy was totally not professional at all. When we had gotten are receipt at the end there was someone else's info on there along with ours. It looks like he had crossed it out but you could clearly see all there info lncluding his credit card number,exp. date and full name. Was by far the worst service I have ever had.

VERRY GOOD! ON TIME HELPFULL AND VERY HARD WORKING...

If you don't get his suggested extra service added to your invoice, he doesn't do a good job. After my carpet dried out, I started seeing bulky spot where he worked on. Since he wasn't the only person/company who had serviced our carpet, I noticed others sweating there ash off after they are done cleaning my carpet but not with Jose. I wonder those who gave him 5 stars were the one himself.

I always call Jose at Blues, and recommend him to all my clients. He shows up on time, does a great job, and is very fair with his pricing.

Friendly service! The enzyme treatment took out the spots on my much neglected carpet... price was exactly what was quoted - no hidden costs. Only the heaviest of furniture was not moved, but everything else was moved out of the way for a thorough cleaning. I plan on calling them again in six months.

I have had Blues Carpet Cleaning clean my carpet several times. A top notch job is always done with the house smelling pleasantly clean and my white carpet always looks brand new. Superb professionalism is always shown which makes me always recommending this service.
