We had been salt water softener users for many, many years. After much research & investigation we decided to switch to a salt-free system. This took care of our desire to get rid of the salt in our water system. Being long-time "water snobs" (purchasing bottled spring water), we found the taste of the fully-filtered water system to be a more than adequate replacement for the purchased bottle water. This system is healthier in that we are not adding salt to our diet by drawing from the salted tap water and absorbing the salt through the skin while bathing. You don't get that slippery, slimy feeling that you get from salt-softened water.There is no electricity required & no purchasing of & lifting of heavy bags of salt. We no longer waste water for the regeneration process. I find that the maintenance of this system is almost non-existent. We only change the filter every 6 months.Frank Garcia supplied us with more information than we'll ever need. But, more importantly, his attention to service & detail are excellent. It is nice to know that he s but a phone call away & immediately returns phone messages.

I have been using Buena Vista Plumbing for several years. They are always very responsive and their work is excellent. I had a broken pipe in the crawl space. The guy replaced the whole pipe, it works fine now. First of all they charge $95 an hour! That's crazy? Do these plumbers have their doctorate degrees? Is that why they charge so much? And the guy was there for no more than 2 hours and they charged me for 3.5 hours. They are crazy! Never again

Frank has been in the business for over 40 years. My family and I came from out of state. I met Frank at the 2012 Cochise County Fair, north of Douglas. I did not know much about solar water heater equipment. Frank is a very straightforward honest person and thoroughly explained the process before, during, after installation. My water heater at our house in Sierra Vista was about to burst. Frank told me that he would replace the old water heater and replace it with his brand new solar water heater unit the week after. He did!!!! Frank is a true professional. He did everything. The financing was great and very straightforward. I did business with Frank on 10/01/2012. Frank will do all your paperwork so you get each and every credit there is out there (state, county, federal) for solar water heaterThe competition has been using these posts to "throw dirt on Frank." They should be ashamed of themselves. Trust me! Just meet Frank and go from there. You won't regret it.By the way Frank, Thank you for everything. Be careful,Buena Vista Plumbing does not keep you informed of the status of your contract. If you place a deposit, they spend it on other things and do not keep your money in a trust account. They also erroneously submit solar data to SSVEC.

When you need a friend, you need them now. Busted pipe and a holiday do not make for happy days. They are great. They are fantastic and they are reasonable.

Susan Servin works for Buena Vista Plumbing and is great with Solar. She gave me information about the SunWatts program and putting Solar on my house. She knows her stuff and Frank Garcia has all you will need to get this done for you and your house as well

These folks are great. Wow, they do the forms and engneering and are so prompt and wonderful. I have read the other posts and don't understand how there can be problems. What a great company. Talk to Frank Garcia.

Ten months after agreeing to a contract and making a substantial deposit, four months after filing aformal complaint with the Arizona registry of Contractors, and three months after being informed they were "done," we still do not have a working solar power system for our house. What they have installed has failed inspection by the utility company twice.

Chris did a great job. He's thoroughly knowledgeable in his craft. Chris explained what he needed to do and why, answered all of my questions and concerns. When I had to get a replacement he offered pros and cons, as well as things to look for and avoid. Overall an excellent experience and if I need a plumber again, I'll be asking for Chris by name.
