The folks at Blue Ridge Harley will go the extra mile for you.I went to them after a very bad experience at another harley dealer in winston.I had consider going and buying anything but a harley,but my son talked me into just going into Blue Ridge to look around.I was in a very negative mood ,but then up walks SHERRY not only did she show me around the dealership introduce me to everyone but got me back to the point of wanting to look at a Harley again and the view was great,especially in the second row there was this beautiful Candy Orange FLHTCU that SHERRY introduced me to and now we are a pair.I would recommend these folks to anyone,so before you go any where go see Sherry for your introduction.Then RANDY will take over and make your dream come true.

Went in for an oil change and to tighten my chain.. They said no one is willing to work on a honda.. I got it its a harley dealership.. but i wanted 1 1/2 quarts of synthetic and 2 bolts loosened and tightened.. sure i can do that stuff at home but i wanted to get saddle bags and speakers.. will defiantly be going somewhere else for all my other needs.. that is just BAD BUSINESS..

Each time I call for service on my bike the men and women always treat my wife and me great and never left hanging. The last time I called for the major service they did a great job getting it done even adding new tires and a couple extra's I wanted done. I left it and they called earlier then expected for pick up, of course the day they called I caught the flu, no problem they said come get it when you are better, no storage or extra cost, matter of fact they give me a three hundred or so In discounts. Glen whom works in parts is always our best help. Started dealing with Blue Ridge in 2004, they are great.
the new bue ridge harly davidson is terrible. first of all it is near impossible to call and speak to someone because of the automated phone system, i burned up 27 minuites waiting and the recordng had me to keep entering the extension, it sucks. the parts department keeps nothing in stock,you have to order and pre pay for everything then it is 7 to 10 days. i have experienced this for just simple tune-up parts. my most recent experience was for a part i needed, after i ordered i called cox hd in rock hill just out of curiosity to see if they had the part, they did, and i called blue ridge to cancel the order, had a hell of a time gettng someone to pick up the phone but when they did they were very nice, but instead of putting the money back on my debit card they took it out again. by the way i have typed all of this while holding for parts at the new blue ridge hd
