Since 1996, Dr. Levesque has been specializing in a specific type of chiropractic called Gonstead Chiropractics. Gonstead is widely regarded as the 'gold standard' in spinal disc problem corrections, such as:

Chiropractic practice:

Dr. Dan Levesque graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry in 1992.

He then attended graduate school at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, often regarded as the fountainhead of chiropractics as it was the birthplace of chiropractics and the first chiropractic college.

After having graduated with a Doctorate degree in 1996, Dr. Levesque set up his practice in Abingdon, Virginia.

Dr. Levesque regularly attends post-graduate continuing education for Gonstead Chiropractic care and has almost 700 hours of seminar training. The doctor is also a certified chiropractor by the Virginia Board of Medicine, a member of the Virginia Society of Chiropractic, and is also a member to the Gonstead Clinical Studies Research Society.
