**SCAM ALERT**Hostile service. Was screamed,laughed ,talked over continuously and literally called a liar repeatedly over the phone by the secretary who claimed to be a manager that day. Never had worse service in my entire life. Avoid at all costs. Was guoted one price on the phone received an invoice at time of service for another price and then billed an online invoice for an entire other price. All ever increasing by 100 each time .

We can’t say enough about Blue Line Water and I will make this review as short as I can and still explain our experience. In the hottest and driest summer ever recorded in our state we had the worst thing happen our farm, our well pump quit working and we had no water for us or our animals. We called a couple of companies, both recommended by friends and only one made it out promptly, the other couldn’t make it out for a few days. The first company that came out was backed up and couldn’t do the work for months and said they would send us a bid. After another couple of days waiting I started to panic and started searching online (yellowpages.com) and found Blue Line. We were immediately transferred to Chris Lee and after talking to him on the phone and quickly emailing him pictures of our well he gave us a quote while on the phone and said he could be out the next morning! I immediately got worried, wondering what had I done and what kind of company did we just hire so I again got online and checked out his credentials on the BBB and WA Dept of L&I along with any reviews I could find. Everything looked good so we planned for his visit the next morning, well my husband went on his planned fishing trip and left me to handle things! We had also received the bid that evening from the first company that came out and they were $2000 more than what Chris quoted us, bonus! The rest of the experience was just as good, they arrived on time and everything went smoothly with extracting 160ft of pipe, line and removing the old pump and installing the new pipe, line and pump. The icing on the cake was when Chris gave us the bill and it came in under what he quoted, imagine that in these days and times! He even stayed another hour to replace an old pipe that leaked and was not sealed right that connected to our pressure tank for free, it wasn’t even his fault it leaked after being moved ... he wanted to make sure we we’re taken care of. We highly recommend Chris and his crew for all your well, pump and water needs!
