Bloomington Lutheran School (BLS) is located in southwest Bloomington just north of the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. BLS began in 1952 and offers a complete academic curriculum for Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade with extensive extra-curricular activities in a Christian atmosphere.
Living Hope Lutheran School (LHLS) is an extension of BLS. LHLS is on County Road 18, just north of County Road 42 and is open for Pre-Kindergarten through 4th grade. Phase Two will expand the school to Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade.
We offer shuttle bus service between the two locations.

As a body of confessional Lutheran Christians committed to serving our community on behalf of Christ's name, Bloomington/Living Hope Lutheran School strives to incorporate the principles of nurturing, disciple making, and outreach with all of its students.

As tools of the Holy Spirit, Bloomington Living Hope Lutheran School strives to:
•Assist and support parents and families in providing Christian education
•Espouse God's handiwork through each secular subject taught
•Develop each individual's God-given talents for community and Kingdom
•Equip Christians for the active pursuit of the lost
•Provide outreach opportunities within and outside the school
