Run screaming. The manager is vile, insane and abusive to clients and staff. The woman who gave me a manicure cut my finger badly so I gave her a 15% tip. The manager yelled at me for not giving 20% then took the tech's tip money and put it in his pocket!! I told him the tip money was for the tech, not him. He became livid.

unfriendly and offensive. refused to honor living social voucher - repeatedly fabricated restrictions that were not stated in the terms (e.g. "can't be used on a holiday", "must call at least one day in advance to schedule appointment", and on a third occasion stating they had availability all day until i noted that i planned to use a voucher at which point they noted "no one is available all day"). the location was convenient so i went at one other time (not using a voucher) and the technician cut my finger. very disappointing.
