1 Service has pretty much stopped! by Justin Winter - 12/13/2013

Blindscapes, run by Lisa has got to be one of the worst possible around. We made the original order in August 2012 so we could have the blinds installed when we moved in during the middle of September. Finally installed January 2013 after many calls and emails. One was broken out of the box and Lisa was supposed to order. Well, its December 2013 (16 months and counting) and we get no response from Lisa. Many, many emails and calls and zero reply. She has to be running out of relatives because when she does return anything, the excuse is either a family emergency, house was broken into or another surgery. I understand health problems but don't advertise and such if you have no intention of doing anything. She asks for payment upfront. Don't!!! Wait until it's actually installed! Plus, prices aren't any better than anyone else. Don't believe me? Google the company and you will see the horrid reviews. There is one good one out there but I am suspect of the origin.PS. Lisa I hope you see this! We have pretty much written off the broken one as a lost cost. We tell everyone how bad your service is. Thanks for not replying!

Lisa had us pay in full 5 mo ago and promised 4-8 week delivery. She still has our money and we have not received the shades. She avoids our calls and comes up with the most random lies and excuses over and over again. I feel likeshe took our money to pay off previous personal debts. Please do a full research on this company before ordering!!! I know she has had plenty of unsatisfied customers recently on bbb. I don't want other people to have to go through what we are going through.

The Lorenz family did not order shades they ordered one shutter, a very specialty application with 1/2 frames, etc. As is policy, just like when you order online from strangers, a custom order is always prepaid as they contracted. Unfortunately, customs can be tricky and time consuming and they don't answer to a blind/shutter company, but when a container is held, it's held.My contracts with Mr. Lorenz but Mrs Lorenz is calling around with names Marcie, Karina, and others. Mr Lorenz agreed to Aug 15 or possible refund. As my A rating shows and lots of great reviews, still one unsatisfied customer is not good. Other than a deadline, I'm not sure what I can do to end such anger,. I will take care of them as agreed.

Lisa was able to update the look of my house in a very timely manner as I was in a hurry for visiting family! It looks amazing and I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism, quality and service I received. I would highly recommend Blindscapes to anyone!!!

I am very pleased with my choice in Blindscapes. I had a couple blinds companies come out to my home and she was the only one who listened to my wants, balanced them with my budget and led me through a great buying experience.Now, my blinds are up and beautiful and I would highly recommend Blindscapes,their salesperson/designer and their amazing installer as well.

I cannot be happier with my experience with Blindscapes. I needed window treatments for my entire house and was feeling quite intimidated. Lisa really put me at ease. There was no pressure to go beyond budget,as has been my experience in the past. She really listened to us and was very helpful when we needed suggestions. Her great decorative eye was invaluable in choosing custom draperies for some of the rooms in my house. From consultation to installation, Blinscapes is top-notch.

I had worked with several blind companies before I ran across BlindScapes and suffice to say, I do not have to look any further for my window covering needs. BlindScapes offers a large selection of quality products at very competitive prices creating great value. What separates BlindScapes from their competitors (in my opinion) is their service. They ensure that the customer is updated as to the order status and the scheduling of the installation. The installation was performed by licensed installers: they were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I have worked with BlindScaoes on several homes and could not be more impressed with them.

I am very pleased with all steps of the buying process with Lisa at Blindscapes. From the moment I called she was friendly and informative. She listened to my needs, was sensitive to my budget and timeline.My shutters came in on time and as ordered and wow did they transform my great room. I loved her design expertise as well and once she was done with my shutters I had her do some custom bedding and draperies for me and again....wow!My home looks amazing and in a time when I am paying closer attention to what I spend my money on, I am not only relieved, but ecstatic!I would highly recommend Lisa and Blindscapes for all your design and window covering wants and needs. I am a very pleased customer.
