TERRIBLE SERVICE/RUDE by sassygal - 07/14/2008we rented a limo for my daughters 16th birthday. The company promised to make it very nice and sold me a red carpet package. The driver was on the phone so we waited until he finished his conversation. After he let the girls in and shut the door, i asked him about the red carpet. He acted like it was an inconvenience, let the girls out and put it out. There was also supposed to be a birthday banner which was found folded up behind the bar.
When I called on monday to complain, the person on the other end was extremely rude, after i told him what did/did not happen, he said he didn't understand what my complaint was. He said you got the red carpet and the birthday banner was in the car.
If this was red carpet service, i would hate to see what their regular service is. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RUIN A SPECIAL OCCASION WITH THEM
