Technology – The most obvious modern tool is GPS. Not only does GPS keep us from getting lost, it also helps us find alternate routes around traffic and weather conditions. Internet forecasts, complete with radar, bring weather down to the neighborhood level. So with in-car wi-fi and a laptop, we can know if and when a thunderstorm might impact a trip.

Experience – People respond to people, that's the most important lesson we've learned from years behind the wheel. When we talk about our business we use the term chauffeured transportation, not car-for-rent. You are hiring someone to drive you. You're not renting a car or grabbing a cab. So at Black Bird Coach, we pay special attention to our drivers.

Passion – The success of any business depends on the passion of its leaders. We are no different. Our passion is to create an environment in which you feel appreciated, secure, safe and, at trip's end, ready for the rest of your day. Call it a cocoon. Of course, there are many more factors involved in your evolution from first-time customer to regular client. The vehicles must be comfortable, clean and well maintained. They must have regular safety inspections. If you are a corporate client our billing must be precise and timely. If you plan to use us for a special event you will appreciate our professionalism and our imagination.

But most important of all, we at Black Bird Coach want to impress you with our desire to please. For instance, we are early for pick ups, not just on time. You may not see us, but we are in the neighborhood 15 minutes before scheduled pickup. This gives us leeway if our technology tell us we need more time or if you happen to be ready early. No pressure, just thoughtful anticipation.
