Overall car buying experience with Chris Klein of Bismarck Motor Company is excellent. The dealership lived up to: â€œOur business model is designed to eliminate much of the hassle traditionally associated with vehicle sales.â€ The dealership exceed our expectations.My husband and I had discussed what price range and payments we would like to have in a new or used hybrid car. Commuter seats and a stiffer ride are very important. My husband had been checking the dealerships to see what was available. Bismarck Motor Company had two Honda Civic hybrids on the lot. One was a sedan that wouldnâ€™t work for us. . I was checking the lot for hybrids and found the 2011 Honda Civic CR-Z. The best price was on the windshield hanger. The car was brand new but considered used because of the year. The price was right in line with what we had discussed and it was a hybrid. Chris Klein was right there to help open the car, so we could sit in it then gave us a quick and efficient route to test drive.The car fit our needs with adequate room in the hatchback area. Chris helped us fill out the credit check and coordinated with the business office so we could get in with the business manager to see what financing he could find. Corey found a very low rate and fit the payments to our budget. Corey also took a call early Sunday morning when I decided on a vanity license plate...I returned to the dealership on Monday and was introduced to the service department and learned how service was scheduled. Chris took me for a drive showing me all of the features of the driving choices and how to use the hands free Bluetooth. I am delighted with the car and have a few issues. The carrying capacity of the car is 400 lbs. I donâ€™t like to Bismarck Motor Company sticker across the back window and will probably remove it. I did have some stalled battery problems 2 mornings. The first could have been from leaving something on in a new car. The second morning indicated a problem. Christ set up a check the next afternoon with the service department; and there was a new 12-volt battery installed

I called in on a Monday, and had a truck sourced, financing approved, and in in my truck by thursday. All without ever having to set foot in the dealership until I drove off the lot.
