Im a returning donor after 7 years. I have never had a problem donating at this center. The employees are great and have a job to do. They make sure you are donating properly, check your first levels every time. This week will be my 7th stick in a month and I look forward to seeing the employees and having an hour break from the day. $20, $50.....looking forward to movie tickets this weekend. I donate at Biolife in Middletown twice a week, every week. I have always had a pleasant experience there. The staff are kind, thorough, well trained and very knowledgeable. I go so often, I know many on a first name basis, which adds to my comfort as a female. I have been to other centers in the past, and have left some local ones due to hygiene, if it looks dirty, it's dirty! I would recommend this center to anyone and everyone I know!

Do NOT waste your time donating at this center. After passing all physical examinations, I was told that i did not pass a "background check" and was subsequently turned away. I work as a private contractor almost exclusively for the airforce, and as a result I undergo fairly extensive background checks every year to maintain my employment. Yet after a couple houirs of processing on my second trip out to this center, I was told that I could not donate, and they refused to even explain why. According to biolife, I needed to PAY for my own background check in order to find out what was wrong. All in all, it was an extraordinarily unprofessional experience, and I will make sure that my group of friends continues to visit ZLB Plasma in the future. Once again, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. there are plenty of donation centers that actually want your plasma, and not just your time and patience.
