If you need to have a delivery made at a particular time, please phone us and if it is possible, we will do it! Bill truly enjoys preserving the "surprise" element of gift delivery when possible. Because of this, we do not phone the recipient and "spoil" the surprise to make sure they are home unless specifically requested by the sender. Gifts may be left with a trusted neighbor in the event of the recipients absence, but they will never be left unattended unless specifically requested at time of order. Bill does NOT have a delivery charge for funeral homes or patients in the hospital. Delivery charges are as follow:
