Sorry Marlene, but your watch guy, ARCHIE BACON has had my Omega X-33 since March 2016. He refuses to repair or return it. I'm filing a police report for Theft tomorrow. GWB

I am very disappointed in this place also.... my mother took her old antique clock into them to get cleaned and fixed in January of 2018. They had told her that they would need to keep the clock for approximately 2 months did it would be ready to be picked up in March 2018. We have called their place of business numerous times we have also driven over there and they are never open. We leave messages for them to return the call and normally their voicemail is full and we can't leave a message and it takes a long time for them to call back. After calling numerous times they finally called my mother 2 days ago and told her it would be another two months before they could get to the clock. Mind you this would be a four month process? Again I the daughter have been trying to call them constantly to tell them that this will not work out for us that we are going to come in and pick the clock up.... again nobody answers the phone nobody is at the business and I still have not gotten a call back from them. Terrible terrible business I just want to get our clock back and take it to somebody else who is a little bit more reputable

This place took my mantle clock in July 2017. They told me it would take approximately 4 months to complete the work as it is a process. The clock has sentimental value. It is now March of 2018. Every time I go in there to inquire of my clock she tells me that she will need to contact the repair people and then we'll call me and let me know the status of the repairs. She never calls me. I leave messages for her all the time and she never returns my calls. The last time I spoke to her she said the same thing about getting a hold of the repair people to find out where the clock is and that she would call me back and of course she has not. When I get my clock back I will update this review. Until then I don't recommend this place to anyone.
