I've had a brand new 2015 Audi A7 in this shop getting work done. Every time I speak with someone I get told "it'll be done next week", and I've heard that the past 3 weeks. Now 5 weeks in to this repair(that should not have taken anywhere near 5 weeks) it's still not done, and they aren't sure when it'll be done. I'm completely unhappy with the service they have provided considering I have provided them with a $85k car to work on

One of the Owners, Lisa is great to work with she explains everything and takes time to make sure you know what is going to be done to your car and how long it's going to take to finish the job. She even helped me get a rental car!The front desk gal always has a smile on her face and really knows her business. The other owner is Lisa's brother Bob, he is very professional and knew just how to work with the insurance company. The whole group really made me feel comfortable. I have never been hit before and I was very nervous about getting taken advantage of and they were great. I would recommend them to anyone
