Called over a month ago to get auto & home Insurance. The associate over phone quoted me auto but told me Skip wasn't in office and would call me the next day to quote me home Insurance . He never called back. I called again this Thursday (a month later) and Skip said he couldn't talk long because he was going on vacation and wouldn't be back until Monday (4 days later). I shared my frustration with not getting a call back from him previously. He worked through part of a quote and said he would have to call me back Monday. Well guess what..... NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FOR THE SECOND TIME. Wouldn't you believe that? How unprofessional for a business trying to earn customers by not calling them back. Never again.
