I had an issue with my vehicle, and wasn't to sure about using Bill Buck but it was only a few blocks from my house and I didn't have a working clutch.

I dropped my car off on a Friday night, and Saturday early in the morning I was called and they had already found the problem. They had been booked up with appointments, and I had no appointment so it took my car a little bit longer to finish, but they fixed my master/slave cylinders in a timely manner and for much cheaper than I know other places would have charged me.

I'm back to driving my car with 0 problems and I couldn't be happier with Bill Buck's service team and customer service! Unexpected such a good experience from a dealership of all places but I will definitely use them again.

We returned a leased car that was bought elsewhere. Service was exceptional! Fast& efficient. Courteous and helpful associates.

Ever since eric calkins took over the dealership it went down hill eric should have stayed cleaning pools like he did I hope the dealership close down he is a jerk and don't belong running the dealership Mr bill buck Sr must be Turning over in his grave I would never recommend bill buck to anybody
