Terrible service
Bighorn Toyota is the biggest joke in the valley! Most locals wont go there. Do yourselves a favor and go to Columbine ford!

We had already decided on the car we wanted to purchase and had visited many dealers in the decision-making process. Elias at Bighorn Toyota was very knowledgeable and moved us through the final purchasing process quickly and efficiently. We received a great price on the new car and our trade.

Bighorn Toyota

I've bought 3 Toyota vehicles from Bighorn Toyota in the past 12 years. The sales team were amazing and very knowledgable. The service department is awesome. What I love the most is that Bighorn gives back to the community by donating a percentage of each car sold. Truly exceptional!

Made reservation for 30000 mi service . Noted this was covered by Toyota Guard Extended Service. TOLD service agent same at chech in. They did not rotate tires and charged me $59 for oil change. Said AFTER work was done they could not honor Toyota Guard Service. Only went there because Stevenson was booked. NEVER AGAIN Bighorn.

I am the original owner of a 2011 Toyota 4Runner and have always had the scheduled maintenance performed at a Toyota dealership. Having moved to the area recently, I have had the last 3 maintenance appointments scheduled at Bighorn Toyota. The last 2 appointments have been unacceptable. My last appointment was supposed to be for the oil change and the 30,000 mile maintenance. I was scheduled for a 3pm appointment and when I arrived, I was told there was not enough time to complete the 30,000 mile maintenance and that I should have made the appointment for earlier in the day. I explained that the appt was made over the phone and the person was told to schedule for the 30,000 mm and that if there wasn't enough time, I shouldn't have been scheduled so late in the day. They said they could rebook my appt for 3 weeks out and I would have to come back, or I could do the 30,000 mm when I got to 35,000. Since the dealership is 30 miles from my house, I chose the second option. For my most recent appt, I made sure it was scheduled for 9am so that I could have the 30,000 mm done as well as the oil change. When I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed greasy handprints on the side of my car from the mechanic. Although this bothered me, I decided to let it go due the fact that my car was completed and appeared to be otherwise in good condition. However, upon driving home, I noticed when the vehicle was driven over 60mph, the tires were not properly balanced. Unfortunately, due to the posted speed limits, I was not aware of this until I was 20 miles away from the dealership. Instead of driving all the way back to the dealership on a different day, I decided to get the tires balanced at a local service shop and discovered every tire was 1/2 ounce to 1 ounce off. Apparently, this is the local Toyota standard when tires are rotated. Therefore, I will not be returning to this location.
