Overcharged 8 hours for what book said should take 2.5 hours. Overcharged a 273 orignal estimate to 394. Will not correct overcharge. Ignores contact from credit card and BBB complaints. My wife picked up car and he took advantage of her.

Don't hesitate to go to Bighley Auto Body for bodywork. They're the best!

I got a great loaner car and the body work done to my 2000 Mercury Sable *Goldie* is excellent. Thank you Mike. You guys are fair and trustworthy. I'll be back and will also refer everyone to Bighley. And I picked my car up washed and clean :-)

This is long overdue, but I want anyone & everyone looking to have auto repairs done to know about the great folks at Bighley's. My car had been side swiped by someone out of state and I didn't know what to do. I ran into a friend of mine at a restaurant who was with his friends and one of them was Kara (Bighley). She paused during her meal to explain everything to me and she even took notes about my claim information so that followign Monday she could get my scheduled in for the body work and even got my rental arranged. I was shocked. I couldn't believe how nice she was that I not only interrupted her meal, only wanting a business card, but she was nice enough to talk the whole claim process over. I got my car back and you couldn't even tell it was ever damaged. It was like brand new again! I tell everyone about your shop and about the GREAT service I received. Bill, Kara & everyone else, THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!
