Waist of my time and money. Vacuum still not fixed a month later, bought vacuum at another shop.

Two trips in one month and$190.00 later I gave up. Dyson is not their thing...... On he third trip they wanted another 60.00 I said no thanks....

Did the same thing to me. Said it would be around $80 to fix vacuum. Wanted to do service on main motor too. Called a week later and said couldn't fix it. Also wouldn't put back together for free. Then told me the $30 was an estimate fee. They never said that origionally- they said $30 was deposit on parts. Way overpriced items in store.

Do not trust them. I went in to look at vacuums becuase my central vac was 15 years old. They insisted they could tune up my old vac for $80 total. I brought it in and was still hesitant, but they said they had all the parts to renew it; cord, beater bar, belt and light bulb. They asked for a $30 deposit on the parts. Then they called me a week later and said they didn't have the correct cord and couldn't get the parts they needed. I figured that was ok, I would just use it until it finally died and then buy a new one. When I got to the store it was completely in pieces and he said it would cost $45 to put it back together. They also weren't going to give me my $30 deposit back because he had spend time taking it apart. So basically it was going to cost me $30 +$45 to have my vacuum taken apart and put back together with nothing fixed on it. Now I am out $30 and my vacuum is in pieces. They had the nerve to say that they could give me a $30 credit if I purchased a new vacuum from them. They only carry 4 different central vacuum powerheads and they didn't have anything under $550. I found one of the exact same packages at centralvacuum.com for $309. Don't waste your time going there. They are running a scam to get your vacuum, ruin your vacuum and make $30.

These guys really know their stuff and are super helpful! They also are easy to work with and gave me a great bargain on a new vacuum!
