The food is good, but the staff spends too much time playing and ignoring the customer. I would go here more often if the wait was not so long, even when there are no other customers

Big T'S barbeque at 6201 Blue Parkway, Kansas City, MO, is definitely a place to avoid -- their BBQ Beef to go is an absolute J-O-K-E !!! I went into their dirty, ran-down place of business and ordered ONE and a HALF POUNDS of barbequed beef to go. When I got home, the sack seemed to weigh a lot less than a pound and a half. There was more weight to the pickles they put into the sack than the beef. I pulled out my dietary scale and weighed the beef, there was not even 8 ounces. I called their store and their manager would not do anything about the problem. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN && I HOPE YOU NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS EITHER > > > IF YOU DO, YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Food was good but waiting over 45 minutes in line was irritating.

Do not eat here the place was dirty food was horrible and they were out of everything. This was our first experience for kc bbq and it was not a good one

This place is wonderful the food is very good, and you get a lot of it.. i love to eat here wither it be dine in or carry out the only thing is that the staff could be a little bit more friendly
