Two other TV repair services told me they couldn't repair my RCA big screen and they were unable to retrieve the DVD in built-in player. Mario solved the problem in less than twenty-four hours.

Had my TV fixed by company, came fixed same day, and was inexpensive!!!!

I had service done by this business on one occassion. The gentleman came out and had to take the part with him to repair, he was supposed to bring the part back the same day, but ended up bring the part the following day, after I called him. The repair did come with a short warranty.



I had another tv that I wanted a picture lamp for, the gentleman said that he had the lamp at his shop and gave me the price he would charge. I called and was advsided that there would be someone at the shop at a certain time, at which time he would call me and I could come purchase the picture lamp. I never received a call back, and I called on numerous occassions and got no answer. I called from my work phone and behold someone answered and when I explained that I was waiting to hear from someone regarding purchasing a lamp for my tv, the guy said, "Oh, he didn't call you, let me give him a call, I can bring the lamp tomorrow." Well tomorrow has come and gone with still no call back, and when I call sometimes someone may answer with the same story, "Oh he didn't call you." I am starting to wonder about the warranty on the the first tv that I got repaired. If the service is this bad, I don't think I would be able to get ahold of anyone if I started to have problems before the warranty expires.



There are 3 different listing for this company, all three have the same phone number. 1228 W. Sceyene, 2626 John West, and 2605 John West, but again the same phone number for all 3. Beware.....

Service man came out and spent one hour before telling me that I needed a new "light engine". He could not find one so he told me he would check back the next day. He never called. I tried calling twice and was never called back. As it turns out, it was to my benefit as another repairman just had to re-initialize the "eprom". This could have been a $500 mistake.
