Extremely Poor Customer Service by Zookeeper - 12/06/2008
We purchased tire at Big O because of the reputation it has fgor taking care of its customers after the initial tire sale. We had never been disapointed with Big O until we visited the Woods Cross store. A simple tire repair took significantly longer than promised. When I complained to the store manager about the difference between what was promised and what was delivered his reaction was to tell me he could not be held to the time estimate. When I asked to speak with the store owner the manager refused to give me the owners name, bacame verbally hostile and invited me not to go back to "his" store in the future. That is a request I will gladly honor. I do not believe that what I experienced is typical of Big O tires but it certainly points to issues with the management of the Woods Cross store.

If you buy tires from Big O, they will rotate and balance them and fix any flats for free.
