I have taken my car (s) to this shop for over 30 years. I have received the best service from the entire family and the techs. They treat me with respect, find good deals for me and have even advised me on some mechanical issues with my vehicles. I give them A BIG O HIGH FIVE!!

Great place ! Had these guys do some work for me before and always been very satisfied with their work and prices. I just had them install a difficult 8" lift kit on my ford turbo diesel . Done a great job ! Beat everyone on labor price too :0) they even re-torked everything for free after I drove it for a while . I'd defiantly recommend you drop by and check them out

Charged me way to much with bad srvs found a much better place with friendly techs

As a local, and as a woman, I am glad to support this business. I've taken mt vehicle in for various reasons and have only driven away feeling confident with the work done. The staff don't bs about what the problems are. They are knowledgable and friendly. I trust the people running this shop more than any mechanic I've had in the last 15 years!

I took my car in to this store to get an oil change and a vehicle inspection. They took a LONG time to even complete the service I wanted then told me I needed to have my brakes done. I went to get a second opinion and the other place told me my brakes were completely fine!!

I took my car on 6/1/10 to get 2 tires replaced, an alignment and OIL CHANGE. The tech forgot to place the oil filler cap back on. Oil was BLOWN OUT ALL OVER CAR engine. If you want an inept to work on your vehicle, and deal with a LIAR such as the owner / manager TRACY L ROUTT, who has no integrity, and who's word has no value, take your car to Big O Tires located on 5555 Stockton Blvd. Sacramento, CA 95820
