Unhappy with Big O by secret shopper - 01/30/2009
I went into Big O and Was told I needed an oil change and that my oil was black.
Also, told I needed a bunch of services I had JUST had done a few weeks earlier.
I told the "kid" this and he argued with me.
I will never return. Just a bunch of young kids work there that don't really know
about cars. Only what the handbook tells them. (Quote/unquote)
I will stick with my own mechanic I trust with my car.

the quality of their tires, and the service of the mechaics, is excellant the 20th east 33rd so is the best
