They have a 100 Guarantee not to let anyone beat there price but did not honor it for me they told me that the competitor (Discount) was giving me a smoking deal over $100 less than them and they could not match it.

Not always the cheapest prices in town, but I know I can trust the people at Big O and that's value to me. I make appointments for service and usually get in and out promptly.

all of the franchises are not alike. A clear difference in terms of service. They are able to rotate my tires while I wait in less that 30 minutes. Friendly service with good suggestions for new tires.
