Don't go to this big o by a - 10/29/2009
They told me they close at 7pm, and I had an hour wait for a safety inspection. I had other errends to run and left my keys with them. upon arriving at 615pm, they were closed, my keys were inside the building, and my windows were down. I had to call the sheriffs office to retrieve my car.

THIS BIG O TIRE PLACE HAS TO BE THE WORST TIRE PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO I DROPPED MY CAR OFF THERE AT ABOUT 2PM AND IT WAS A SATURDAY NIGHT THEY FINISHED MY CAR AROUND 330 BUT THEY NEVER CALLED ME SO AROUND 350 I CALLED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THEY CLOSE IN TEN MIN. AND IF I DONT PICK IT UP IN 15 MIN I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PICK IT UP TILL MONDAY MORNING BUT THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW MY CAR WAS FINISHED WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
