Had an appointment on Tuesday. No call no show. Called 10 times and left messages. Returned my call Wednesday afternoon. Showed up Thursday morning, looked at the fridge and determined it was low on freon. As soon as I reminded him it was a warranty he said he couldn't fix it. Never turned in the report to Whirlpool so I could get a replacement. I HAVE BEEN W/O A FRIDGE FOR A MONTH AND WHIRLPOOL WILL DO NOTHING UNTIL BIG JACK SENDS HIS REPORT. NEITHER MYSELF OR WHIRLPOOL CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH JACKOFF. I am completely fed up. Worst service ever!

Same as "Army Soldier". "Steve" came in and took pictures of broken ice maker after he took it out. Ordered wrong one and then told us Haier said our refrigerator model didn't have an ice maker - when it was clearly shown in the owner's manual. Doesn't answer phones calls, blames Haier, etc. Took our $100.00 and went AWOL. The "Big Jim" must be doing 78 RPMs in his grave. I like to do business locally, but this guy has made me go to El Paso.

Showed up for appt to fix fridge, came in, looked at ice maker, said he needed to replace the ice making unit and he didn't have one, said he would put it on order and call to make installation appt. Never heard from him again.... no calls, no texts.... nothing! He came across as not wanting to be there doing the JOB ORDER... walked in and walked out... service call took approx. 5 mins... and no work was done! Yet I'm sure he collect the money for the service call from home depot!!! Call home depot to request someone else.... Use this guy as a LAST resort!!!!

Yup, he is a busy guy: but works hard on being honest about making appointments AND does honest work at fair rates.

Called Whirlpool service center twice last Friday. On hold over an hour. Finally was told Big Jack would call us Monday at 9:00 am and now it's after 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, and Big Jack has not called us yet.
