Not Veteran Friendly and poor service!! Hershel was fantastic in assisting me on my order when I came in on a Friday afternoon. In conversation, I was told by Hershel there was a job opening and he offered to introduce me to the owner. Guy Ferrell, owner of Big Bob's Flooring Outlet, shook my hand, looked me in the eyes and told me there was no available spots to fill. After learning I am an Army Veteran, Guy Ferrell lied to my face. Also, after 4 days, the product I ordered is still not in... unfortunately this is an awful business all around.

Terrible customer service and numerous false statements. Beware of Big Bob's Flooring, in my opinion and experience they are dishonest and lack moral integrity providing numerous lies. I requested and was promised a certain quality flooring product, then suddenly it was unavailable and I was provided a less expensive, inferior quality product without their full disclosure. Sounds like a classic bait and switch. I am uncertain how many customers they have pulled this unethical trick on? In my opinion, you should STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLOORING COMPANY AND FIND ANOTHER!

The owner, Guy, is one of the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with. He makes sure that you get exactly what you want and the job is not done until you are happy with it. Everyone else in the office is so nice and inviting. I was greeted right away. They really take care of their customers. Another good thing about them is that they have the best deals in town! I shopped around at 3 different places before I bought my carpet and tile. If you are looking for any type of flooring done, I highly suggest going to Big Bob's. You will not be disappointed!
