The worst customer service experience I have ever had. The main reason I went to Biekers was because their estimating software integrated with my insurance company. He did the estimate for the insurance company and then I made an appointment to have him work on it. I had to wait 5! weeks until he had time to work on it...should have been my first clue.



I took my car on the date of the appointment and left it there. I called later in the afternoon and no one answered so I left a message. Called the next day at least 4 times with no answer. So I decided to just show up at the shop. When I arrived I asked the joker in charge how long it would take and how much it would cost. He replied that he hadn’t had time to look at it!?!? I waited five weeks to get an appointment and he had two days to look at the car...as I sat there looking at him with disdain he had the nerve to tell me that I was in too much of a rush and I needed to go somewhere else.
