We are beyond grateful for the service provided by your team member Tim Grove  . When I walked in to the store I was greeted by Tim. While he was working with another customer he made us feel welcome and included. Once he is done with his customer he start working with us. I told him it has been 18 years since my last bike riding and I am not sure If I even can balance myself on a bike again!!! . He was very knowledgable and patient with me. He even customized the seat so I can feel comfortable. It was amazing how he slowly got me back to feel in control of my bike again.

I told Tim  That I always want to go back to mountain biking however I do not know where to start here in California as I spent my youth in Texas. He offered to take me with him and show me how to handle the trail at Santa rose plateau. He even had me to try his bike there. It was like I am young again and was riding fearlessly. The next day I went to the shop and purchased a Santa Cruz Bronson C which is AMAZING BIKE. Since then, I am active again and riding my bike all the time.
