Betton Hills Preparatory School is a nondenominational, coeducational day school, offering education to students in its preschool, elementary and middle schools. Established in 1989, the school has been accredited by the National Independent Private School Association since 1997. Based in Tallahassee, Fla., it also offers a wide variety of after school and study hall programs. Students participate in various creative activities, such as visual arts, drama, music and creative writing. Its curriculum includes mathematics, science, language arts and social studies. Classes in Spanish begin in preschool and continue till the eighth-grade, offering instruction through speaking, writing, music, dance, culture and art. The school s sports activities include baseball, softball, soccer and cheerleading. Betton Hills Preparatory School s summer camp offers several activities, such as sign language, baking and cooking, computers, and Harry Potter in literature and theater.
