Worst experience of my life!

I hired them to do two bathrooms. They started one bathroom and didn't have all the tile ordered so I had to wait two weeks with my bathroom torn up just for them to get the tile. The grout lines were thicker in some spots and nonexistent in other areas. They put a round sink in the granite countertop instead of a square one. They plugged up my drain with thinset when they were laying my tile and had to cut a hole in my basement ceiling to cut out the drain and put a new one in. They didn't show up for appointments and if they did they left early to go to other jobs supposedly. I cancelled the second bathroom and they said they would give my money back but that was another lie. They sent me a bill for the remainder of the 70 percent of the job. They lied, they're workmanship was a joke, and they weren't dependable. Run don't walk away from this company!

I love the look of my new siding, the salesman Drew, was very helpful when it came to choosing a color. The new windows are great also, I cannot hear the traffic go by anymore. Great job, I would recommend to anyone.

Salesman was very rude and not happy that we both were not there. Kept trying to add items not requested into the estimate. Wanted to discuss major remodeling that was never requested. In the end would not give an estimate since he could not give us a 2 hour sales pitch and because we were getting estimates from other contractors.

We needed to replace 32 windows in our old farmhouse. They came out and replaced them ALL in just a little over 6 hours. They cleaned up after themselves beautifully and the windows and installation are gorgeous. All installers were kind, courteous and knew how to do their job very well.

Our experience with this company was terrible! We saved our money for almost 3 years and could be more disappointed with everything from the products to the office staff. We had to call and call to get someone to come and repair the siding and soffit. We fianlly called another company locally and they repaired and followed up with the service...We wish now that we had went with the other company. Better Way is NOT the BETTER Choice! Terrible
