I would strongly urge against using Better Housekeeping to repair appliances. The customer service is horrendous ( no returned phone calls, inability to maintain customer contact information).The worse I have experienced. I am three months into having a Viking stove top repaired, out of pocket $1,200 and still cannot get a phone call back. Please note they charge $100.00 just to assess what the problem is and do not deduct it from the price of the actual repair- they will only deduct it if you purchase a new appliance. You will, however, hear all about their personal problems. Do not stay away, run away. I have just filed a complaint with Viking against them as well.
