They had the best price in Las Vegas area; nearly half the price of the "Muffler Shop" in Henderson. I am stickler about installation and service with my expectations having been exceeded.Several months following the installation my wife had a minor self inflicted problem. The guys at the shop had me in and out in minimal time. They remembered my wifes 2005 Mustang, when I asked how much did I owe, they waived any charge and said see you next time you need service. I will recommend their services to all. Thanx Sarge

I called and asked if they could make a four inch long steel bracket. It only needed two holes drilled. I dropped the piece off at 10. They told me to come back "in a few hours." 1:30 I was back. They still had not started working on it. Another two hours go by. Then they charged $50!! They don't make good on their promises. Go someplace else to get your work done.

I had been looking for a shop to do some custom exhaust and suspension work..I spoke with Dan on the phone felt very comfortable with the knowledge he had. The very intricate exhaust work came out amazing, the sound and the appearance was beautiful.. I was so happy with the work I had them do a complete air ride suspension kit on my truck. The customized metal work was excelent and the suspension functions perfectly. I couldnt be more happier with the work. Thanks Dan and thank you Best Muffler.

I had my Mercedes 420 in for a repair this morning. I needed my cat converters replaced due to them being clogged.This car is for my brother when he gets off the road from being a long haul owner operator for Trans-Am Transport. Mike was very helpful and courteous but the owner's son I am afraid needs some customer service skills in the worst way!!!!. He was rude,cocky(probably)because he is the owner's son and tried to make me out to be a fool when I questioned him about my particular repair."The you know what I'm sayin attitude you would expect from a gang-banger " That seems to be their favorite phrase. I certainly did not like this at all and expressed my concerns to Mike who was a gem.Perhaps the owner's son can take a lesson from Mike on how to treat customers who make their business possible huh??You know what I'm sayin---This is directed to the cocky owner's son not Mike.He was truly professional and knowledgable without the cockiness displayed by the owner's son.
