This man that runs best interlock is a scam. Every month my breathalyzer would test positive for alcohol when I don't even drink. My duo was for drugs. Anyways if you get a positive test you must go in and have it recalibrated and it cost 25 dollars. This would happen every month. Please do not go to best interlock. I'm reporting him to the BBB and also get Gephardt. He is a nightmare. And is getting people in trouble with AP&P So my advice is find another interlock company.

Worst guy ever to deal with!!! Who cares if he gives you the first month free!!!! It's not worth it! He won't take responsibility for anything! He disconnected our sunroof when he hooked up the interlock, and wouldn't fix it when we asked him to, not even when he took it out. Then when he put it in my truck over the summer so we could take it on a vacation, somehow now my truck won't shut off and just keeps running! Yet he claims its nothing he did. He says it only will take him an hour to do something, but we literally sat there 6 hours for install! His place is dirty, he is so unfriendly, and he will find anything in the contract to charge you with! I'm so glad to be done with that monster...as he went to grab his phone threatening to call the cops on me, swearing at me, calling me names, even though he was 15 mins late for our appointment today. What a man! I feel bad for his wife. I wouldn't have given him even one star but I had to to write this review!
