Credit card users beware!!! by Waterlily - 08/15/2009
I recently purchased a computer with my credit card and was very happy with it. They had to back order certain parts of it and waited to charge the card until they arrived. Everything went fine until the last charge didn't go through. They claimed it had expired and instead of working with me sent it to collections. The mistake was on their end and when I tried to work with them they laughed at me. I would strongly advise you to shop somewhere else, or at least make sure you have cash.

Just got our TV from these guys. Good selection of products. Service was very good. The staff was very knowledgeable. Can't beat the 60 day price guarantee. They also match prices.

high quality sound for a reasonable price. A wide variety of name brand subs, decks, amplifiers and speakers. great customer service always there to help and answer your questions. primium warrenties on anything you buy.

We purchased a new computer for our daughters graduation. The sales associate did a good job of asking questions to find out the best system. It was a good overall experience.

The customer service at Best Buy is aggravating. The salespeople act like they know what they're talking about but when you get it home, you find out they didn't know. They just want you to buy buy buy, not caring whether it's what you really want.
