Best Buyers Beware by Dudley - 10/25/2007I've been very disappointed with the sales tactics at Best Buy, especially as they relate to the extended warranty and service agreements. I've realized the associates are willing to say whatever necessary to have you consider paying extra for product protection, but if you ask them to validate their statements with the language in the contract, you quickly realize they don't know what the contract really says. Read the contract before buying...the contract will always win, regardless of what a sales associate tells you.
