A bit irritated by buttr - 05/23/2009Seem to always get very good service when I am looking to buy something or get information. I recently purchased a printer for our new home. Because of the construction phase I didn't want to unpack the unit until we were completed. I unpack the unit approximate 60-70 days after purchasing it and realize that there is a power cord that is missing. This unit has never been opened or least there is no sign of repackaging. I call the store and get an associate that with no hesitation tells me that because the purchase was over 30 days that I am on my own. I have bought thousands of dollars worth of merchandise at this store and now am a bit sour over a 10 dollar cord. I will go out and purchase a new cord for my "new" printer. I would think that with all the tracking technology they may consider policy review based on customer history.
