I purchased a priming bulb for a Bolins lawn mower, not only did they have the part, but they put it right on for me, with the most sincere and efficient manner. In less than 5 minutes my problem was solved and it was so greatly appreciated. A big thank you and we will use them in the future, as I was a first timer to Besco. Not too many repair shops have gone out of their way as Besco did!

Based on the mixed reviews I decided to take my mower to Besco. The initial work was timely and picked up my mower a few days later. I used my mower the day I got it back. I did about half the yard and my mower wouldn't start. I called Besco, who apologized and ever offered to pick up my mower. I dropped off my mower again and picked it up several days later. I was assured the problem (which was their fault) was fixed. I was able to use the mower once before it stopped working yet again. I called up Besco again and told them that my mower doesn't start and since this would be the third time taking it back, I asked if they would follow up on the offer to pick up my mower (since it's quite a drive). The guy on the phone said "I remember you" and basically told me he wasn't going to pick up the mower. He got more upset and told me I would have to drop it off again. He said he doesn't guarantee workmanship on my mower. That about drew the line for me. I will never take my mower there again

I was referred to Besco's Mower Shop by a good friend when I was in the market for a new mower, because my old Toro mower wouldn't work. I got quotes from two repair shops here in the valley and they all suggested that I buy a new mower instead of repairing the one that I had. Not only did Besco accurately diagnose what was wrong with my mower, but they fixed it and saved me hundreds of dollars on a new mower purchase. We bought a riding lawn mower from them, broke down within one day. Everytime he would bring it back, saying it was fixed, we would have to call him back because it wasn't. We have paid him double what it is worth and it still is not working properly. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS AND DO NOT HAVE THEM REPAIR ANYTHING EITHER!!!!

This Place Is very freindly.The service is great,Its not to big.They have all brands of parts.And they do warrenty work on lots of equipment.Its awsome.
