Great Service by Thrilled Customer - 05/04/2010
The staff at Bertholds has been great. I wanted to have flowers delivered to my Mother for Mothers day a Friday...I called a few other places on a late Wed. afternoon and no one could help. I called Bertholds and they said it wouldn't be a problem. The short notice was not a worry inthe world and they put my mind at ease knowing that my mistake wouldn't be noticed on Mothers Day. It's been a pleasure working with them and I will continue to use them in the future. Thank you Bertholds for being so easy to work with.
