Average Law Firm with Below Average Customer Service by Cold Outside - 09/26/2008
This firm is all image. Plan to get signed up and then never get to speak to your lawyer again. In fact, you're lucky if the paralegal calls you back. They'll charge you a fairly standard contingency fee, so if you're going to pay 35%, might as well go to someone who actually works on your file. The part where they say they "care about their clients" was probably written on opposite day, by their law clerk. No. Make that their receptionist. And she probably only works part time.
